Electrical planning before the walls close.

A kitchen layout, heat pump or EV charger can change what the property needs from its electrical system. We coordinate the project with a Licensed Electrical Contractor and align the work with other trades.

Scope of service

What the engagement can include.

The final scope is property-specific and confirmed in writing. We’ll identify who is doing the work, what is excluded and which decisions need a site visit.

01

Lighting & renovation layouts

Set out switches, lighting and device locations against cabinetry and furnishings. The electrical contractor reviews circuits, installation and testing.

02

Capacity & equipment

Coordinate a capacity assessment for new mechanical equipment, an addition or a panel project before procurement.

03

EV charging

For a home or condo, identify parking location, ownership, routing and approval requirements before the electrical contractor designs a charging solution.

How it moves

A defined path from first review to closeout.

  1. 01

    Define the new loads

List proposed appliances, charging equipment and lighting changes for the contractor’s review.

  2. 02

    Agree the scope

Confirm the responsible contractor, site visit, access, exclusions and quote before work is booked.

  3. 03

    Coordinate the work

Schedule the trade around occupants, other crews and any planned shutdowns.

  4. 04

    Close out

Review the completed scope, outstanding items and relevant records with the owner.

Questions to resolve early

Clear answers before commitment.
